Terms of Service

Last updated 28 October 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and Zuvio. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

1. Who can use Zuvio

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. If you use Zuvio for a business or agency, you confirm you are authorised to act for it. One person may hold one account; duplicate or impersonating accounts may be suspended.

2. What Zuvio does

Zuvio is a marketplace that helps businesses and agencies publish collaboration campaigns, helps creators discover and apply to them, and provides tools for agreements, messaging, content review, payments and reporting. Zuvio is not a party to the creative work itself; each collaboration (a “deal”) is an agreement between the business and the creator on the terms shown in the deal.

3. Accounts and security

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number or email. Keep access to them secure and tell us at [email protected] if you suspect misuse. Zuvio will never ask for your social media passwords; social accounts connect only through official sign-in.

4. Campaigns, applications and deals

  • Businesses must describe deliverables, compensation, content rights, revision limits, dates and cancellation terms accurately. Campaigns may be reviewed or removed if they break these terms or the law.
  • Creators must only apply for work they can deliver, and must confirm they will follow the brief and disclosure requirements.
  • When a business selects a creator, a deal is created on the campaign terms (or the accepted offer). Changes must be agreed in the deal chat.

5. Payments and fees

  • Creators use Zuvio free. On cash collaborations, the business pays the creator’s fee plus a platform fee (currently 10% of the cash amount) and GST on that fee, shown before payment.
  • Businesses fund deals through our payment partner Razorpay. Funds are held and released to the creator’s linked bank account after the business approves the content, or automatically if the business does not respond within the review window shown in the deal.
  • Paid plans (Business Pro, Agency, Enterprise) are billed as shown at purchase, excluding GST.
  • Creators are responsible for their own income tax. Zuvio may collect PAN and bank details through Razorpay to make payouts and meet tax obligations.

6. Content, rights and disclosure

Creators keep ownership of their content. By completing a deal, the creator grants the business the usage rights written in that deal, and nothing more; paid-ads use is only included where the deal says so. All sponsored or gifted content must be clearly disclosed in line with ASCI guidelines and applicable law. You must not post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, hateful or harmful.

7. Metrics and reviews

We label metrics by source. Numbers you enter yourself are shown as self-reported and must be accurate. Manipulating followers, engagement or reviews, or paying for fake engagement, is not allowed and may lead to suspension and withheld payouts for affected deals.

8. Disputes

If a deal goes wrong, either side can open a dispute from the deal page. While a dispute is open, the related funds stay held. Our team reviews the agreement, messages and submissions and may release the payment, refund the business, split it, resume the deal or cancel it. We aim to be fair, but our decision does not limit any rights you have under law.

9. City Partners and referrals

Referral and City Partner commission is a share of Zuvio’s fee, never of a creator’s pay or of GST. Commission applies for the period stated in your programme terms and excludes refunds, cancellations, self-referrals and duplicate accounts. We may reverse commission later found to be ineligible.

10. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk for other users, or where required by law. Open deals and held funds will be settled under these terms and our refunds policy.

11. Liability

Zuvio is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Zuvio in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction. Questions or grievances can be sent to [email protected]; see our Contact page for the grievance officer details.
