Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated 28 October 2026. Deal payments on Zuvio are held until the business approves the content, so refunds depend on where the deal is in its lifecycle.
Deal payments
- Before work starts: if a funded deal is cancelled before the creator has started or submitted anything, the business receives a full refund of the creator fee, platform fee and GST.
- After content is submitted: the deal can only be cancelled as agreed by both sides or through a dispute. The business can request the number of revisions included in the deal; requests outside the agreed scope are not grounds for a refund.
- After approval: once the business approves the content (or the review window passes without a response), the creator fee is released and is not refundable, except where a dispute finds the deal was not delivered as agreed.
- Disputes: while a dispute is open, funds stay held. Zuvio may release the payment to the creator, refund the business, split it, resume the deal or cancel it. Where a refund is decided, the platform fee and GST on the refunded part are refunded too.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. They are usually initiated within 2 working days of the decision and typically reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
Barter and affiliate collaborations
Barter-only campaigns are free to list and involve no payment through Zuvio, so there is nothing to refund. Products, meals or services exchanged in barter deals are between the business and creator. Affiliate commissions are paid on confirmed sales and adjusted for returns as stated in the campaign.
Subscription plans
- You can cancel Business Pro or Agency at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
- Monthly plan fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods, except where required by law or where we have charged you in error.
- Enterprise contracts follow the cancellation terms in your agreement.
Creators
Creators never pay Zuvio, so no refunds apply. If a creator cannot deliver, they should cancel from the deal as early as possible so the business can be refunded; repeated late cancellations affect the creator’s Z-Score.
